課程概述 |
This is an elective course for graduate students interested in the current techniques and the applications of toxicogenomics. The course will mainly discuss up-to-date literatures in this field. If necessary, the fundamental knowledge in toxicology, genomics, and analytical chemistry will also be reviewed. Laboratory visit and hand-on practices will be provided. |

課程目標 |
Students will learn the important subjects in environmental toxicology and the modern techniques in genomics. Students will be familiar with the electronic tools to search literatures and genoomics related information. Then, the skills for summarizing and presenting research articles will be carried out during the course. Students will also learn and practice the skills of critical thinking and exchanging scientific ideas among peers. The ultimate goal of the course is to help students getting familiar with the field of toxicogenomics with abilities in conducting related experiments, critical thinking, and problem solving. |
